- Starting in the 2025 season, the villa can accommodate up to 16 guests.
- It features 7 bedrooms in the main house, each with an en-suite bathroom, plus a private
apartment for 2 guests, which includes a king-size bed and a bathroom.
- Heated infinity pool: Overlooks the sea and is surrounded by terraces and lounge areas.
- Professional kitchen: Located in a separate building and exclusively used by the villa’s official
chef for in-villa dining services. - Private terraces: Each room has access to a terrace with sea views.

- SONOS sound system: Installed in common areas and outdoor spaces.
- Central air conditioning: Ensures comfort throughout the villa.

- Towels, linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are changed every 3 to 4 days and linen is
changed weekly and on request. - Minimum stay is 7 nights from July till September.
- A short stay of 3 nights minimum is possible out of high season.
- Changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season.
- Check in is at 5 pm and check out is at 10 am.
- The guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet and keep the noise to
acceptable levels during day time. The volume of music and TV is to be reduced to appropriate
levels after 11 pm. Outdoors the music should be turned off completely after 11 pm. - The pool is closed every day at 11 pm.
- When using the outside barbeque the guest must keep the fire under constant control, everything
around is very dry during the summer and easy flammable. At all times a small amount of water to
safely turn off the fire in the outdoor barbecue should be used. Keep in mind that the island of
Hvar and rest of Dalmatia are areas of high fire risk, especially during summer months. - Due to the specific nature of grounds, number of stairs, terraces and lack of lawns, this villa might
be unsuitable for children under 10 years old. Young children should be supervised at all times.

Rates
If a discount is indicated on the price list, that discount is valid EXCLUSIVELY for dates still available in the specified period.
Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, bed linen & towels changed 2 times per week or on demand, pool towels, utility cost (water, gas, electricity), pool heating, toiletries, bathrobes, maid service, daily maintenance of gardens & pool, welcome package (fruits, water, welcome drinks), drinking water in the rooms, light daily cleaning, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include: all additional services.
*Maid service is provided on a daily basis for light cleaning, which includes the making of beds, washing-
up, emptying of bins and tidying. A thorough cleaning is undertaken weekly.
*At arrival a damage deposit of €3.000 is requested as CC pre authorization. The damage deposit can be used by the owner to cover the cost for possible damages that might occur during the stay. Should none of the mentioned occur, owner will not charge your CC.
*In addition to the security deposit, a services deposit of €2.000 will also apply in case of extra services ordered by the guest (as for example Chef), payable in cash at the arrival.
